The hotel offered many food choices. The location is convenient for exploring. The room was decent. I liked the central location of the hotel.
Guest service needs improvement. Employees did not appear happy. The entrance from the strip was closed and difficult to find.

The location was excellent. I found taxi and ride-share services easily accessible. Walking to nearby attractions was convenient. I appreciated being in the heart of the action. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room had a nice view of the surrounding area.
The hot water took a little time to reach my room on the upper floor.

Staff addressed my inquiries promptly. The front desk provided clear information. I did not experience any significant delays or issues. The staff was present at all times and they looked ready to help guests.
