a decent place to stay
great location short walk nice view terrible wifi long hold poor service
the hotel's location is great. major casinos are just a short walk away. this made it easy to explore. the view from my room was really nice. i could see the high roller and the sphere.
the wifi was terrible. we barely got a signal in the hotel room. we called guest services multiple times. they put us on hold for a long time.

great job comfortable bed cool room close location
the housekeeper do a great job and come everyday. beds feel spacious and were comfy. the air conditioner work great and keep the room cool. i really like the location, very close to the strip.
the pool area gets very crowded in the afternoon.

dusty vent wasted water
the location of the hotel was fine, near everything, i guess.
i dont like that there was no hot water for three nights of my five-night stay. maintenance only suggested i run the water for fifteen minutes, i wasted a lot of water. the vent was dusty too, and i even saw a contact lens on the floor, it's gross.

The hotel offered many food choices. The location is convenient for exploring. The room was decent. I liked the central location of the hotel.
The elevators needed upgrades. Guest service needs improvement. Employees did not appear happy. The entrance from the strip was closed and difficult to find.

excellent location easy access efficient check-in
The location was excellent. I found taxi and ride-share services easily accessible. Walking to nearby attractions was convenient. I appreciated being in the heart of the action. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room had a nice view of the surrounding area.
The hot water took a little time to reach my room on the upper floor.
